Wear comfortable sportswear and closed-toe shoes! Skip dresses, skirts, and open footwear. A change of clothes is a good idea, as it is gonna be a workout! Bring water, light snacks, and your booking confirmation.
Yes, online booking is strongly recommended so you can lock in your preferred date and time slot. Weekends and school holidays fill up fast. Walk-ins are accepted only if there is availability on the day, so booking ahead is the safest bet.
No, you don’t! Most people finish the Grand Course in approximately 2.5hrs, the Junior Course in 1hr15mins and the Kids Course in 1hr.
If it takes a little less or a little more, it’s OK too! Go at your own pace!
Safety is our TOP priority. Every participant must go through a full safety briefing before participation. Our course and equipment are inspected daily and we are BCA regulated. Our instructors are ACCT certified and MOE registered professionals who will be able to support you from the first clip-in to the final step.
Light rain? No problem! Our course and equipment are still safe under wet conditions.
For thunderstorms or severe weather, our team will pause activity and advise on rescheduling. Call us at +65 6206 9744 if you have weather questions on the day of your booking.
Forest Adventure operates on a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Secure your booking with our wet weather insurance for only $3 per participant.
Wet weather insurance (WWI) allows you to reschedule your session in the event which you wish to cancel your session due to inclement weather.
Please take note that the Wet weather insurance would be considered UTILIZED once your check-in process has been completed at our venue.
Simply email booking@forestadventure.com.sg with your Booking Number and our team will reschedule the booking for you.
In the event of inclement weather whilst you are on the course and if the activity is closed due to safety reasons, a return voucher will be issued to you. NO SHOW or UNREDEEMED TICKETS are NON REFUNDABLE.
