Adults will need to sign a disclaimer accepting personal responsibility for supervising their own safety and the safety of any under 18 year old in their care.

No, you will go on the course without an instructor. However, prior to departing on the Grand Course, you will receive a full safety briefing from an instructor. Only once you have demonstrated that you are safe to go, will you be able to continue around the course independently. Instructors patrol on the ground and are on hand to assist where necessary.
On the Kids course, the children are attached to a continuous safety line and detached only when they have completed the course. Parents and carer are expected to guide and encourage their children from the ground.

An instructor will attach each child on the safety line and brief them on the safety protocol prior to letting them start on the course. An instructor will also detach the children at the end of the zip line.

What if my child cries on the Kids Course?

We have a "no crying policy". We believe that each child needs to grow at his own pace and that Forest Adventure must remain a fun activity. If your child cries and do not want to continue on the course, an instructor will bring him back to the main platform and safely back to the ground. You will be given a voucher for your child to try again at a later time.

What our customers say

It is definitely more fun than what the pictures reveal. It is one of the few things in Singapore that should be done by everyone. It requires a lot of energy, but is a lot of fun, immediately forms a medium for bonding between group members, and there is this sense of accomplishment that can’t be achieved by the other touristy attractions. — October 2012
